Dit is wat Black Snail Patterns over het patroon deelt:
This is a sewing pattern for a Georgian men´s coat or jacket worn about 1790.
This sewing pattern shows a coat from circa 1790 with the typical characteristics of the time just befor the french revolution. It has an exaggerated cutaway front with only two button-holes worked functionally, long and narrow sleeves ending in buttoned plackets and a high turndown collar. The narrow skirts are pleated at the sides, front and back are held together with thread brides and buttons, the center back slit is left open.
