This is what Black Snail Patterns has to share about the pattern:

This is a sewing pattern for victorian underwear.
The Sewing pattern contains patterns for drawers, chemise, bustle and underskirt. Does not contain the corset pattern.
Corset pattern can be bought extra.

The drawers can be sewn with an open crotch seam, but also closed.
The chemise has buttoned shoulder straps to open and fold down for wide necklines.

The bustle is a comfortable alternative to a bustle made from string steel for hot summer days. It is loosely based on an original form de LACMA.

The underskirt can be sewn with or without a train depending on your overskirt. Two different waistbands are included. The underskirt can be draped with additional lace and ruffles as desired.

Also suitable for steampunk costumes.

The pattern comes with detailed and illustrated sewing instructions in English and German.
